Role Description:
We seek a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our remote team. The sales associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company’s services, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and reach out to potential advertisers and sponsors to promote their brands on our platform.
– Share product information and help customers purchase products and services.
– Closing sales deals and responding to phone sales requests and email/website inquiries.
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored advertising packages for clients.
– Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company’s success.
– Collaborate on general strategies and tactics.
– Provide updates and attend team meetings.
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital advertising or media
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Business Development and Customer Relationship Management skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Passion for supporting and promoting women in business
– Tech savvy and has good judgment
