Job Description:
The Program Director is a full time (40 hours/week) position
responsible for the overall program operations of the
organization. Under the direction of the Executive Director,
the Program Director will plan, develop and implement
quality programs and human service activities in the areas of
Health & Wellness, Prevention & Intervention, Community
Connections, and Emergency Resources. The Program
Director will recruit, hire, train, supervise and evaluate
program staff, volunteers, and subcontractors in the assigned
areas.
