We are looking for a full-time or will consider part time tech with ongoing training provided – that can start immediately.
This position has the potential to lead to a supervisor position of a crew for the right candidate who proves him or herself in the field.

Responsibilities
· Perform construction repairs with attention to detail, where pest infestations are likely to occur.
· Enter crawl spaces, attics, on ladders, and other areas in and around the home to perform pest control construction repairs.
· Run mobile mole machine to eliminate ground moles from client properties.
Qualifications
A Qualified Technician/Trainee Will Possess:
· 1-2 years of construction experience
· Strong communication skills
· A track record of tackling and resolving challenging problems – do you think outside the box?
· Comfortable in working with ladders, heights, tight spaces, crawl spaces and attics
· Enjoys working outside in all types of weather
· Possess an independent strong work ethic
· A team leader and works well with others
· Clean driving record (must provide evidence)
· Strong and physically able to manage demanding work
· Good written communication
· Drug Free * within WA State Laws
Compensation
$23 – $30 hourly
