Second Round of PPP & EIDL Coming Soon - Be Prepared

Today, Tuesday, April 21st the Senate passed a nearly $500B coronavirus "Phase 3.5" relief bill with about $300 billion set aside for the PPP along with another $60 billion for the the EIDL. The House is expected to sign the bill on Thursday. If you are going to apply, you may want to call your bank and start getting your information prepared. It's our favorite time of year - summer! And that means Wacky & Wild.....On Wednesday, July 18th, the Wacky & Wild Golf Tournament will be held at Lake Wilderness Golf Course. It's a day filled with fun, networking and golf (sort of). There are many ways to be involved: put a foursome together and register as a team, have your business sponsor one of the many Wacky activities and/or volunteer as a course marshal - you get to drive a golf cart! Now Open - A new round of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) to help businesses during the coronavirus pandemic is now open. There are different applications for businesses that are requesting a second round of funds and those that are applying for the first time. Contact your bank for further information. Governor Announces Additional Grant Money.....and a 3 week Extension on Current Restrictions

Yesterday, Governor Inslee announced a 3 week extension on COVID business restrictions. He was also joined by Department of Commerce Director Lisa Brown, who announced an additional 50 Million which will double the number of Washington small businesses that will receive aid. Industries recently shut down, such as restaurants and fitness centers, as well as businesses that have been devastatingly impacted throughout the pandemic, like music and event venues, have been prioritized. Applications are open but the deadline is the FRIDAY - don't wait until then to apply.
