Inslee announces new SAFETY PLAN for reopeningGovernor Inslee announced a new safety plan for reopening the State of Washington. The HEALTHY WASHINGTON plan replaces the old SAFE START plan. The state will be divided up into 8 regions based on health system resources. In order to move to a new Phase (currently we are in a Phase 1), regions will have to show a 10% decrease in trends in case rates; a 10% decrease in COVID hospital admission rates; an ICU occupancy rate that's less than 90% and a test positivity rate of less than 10%. In Phase Two, restaurants can open indoor dining at 25% capacity, fitness centers can open at 25% capacity and other increases in capacity for events can increase. You can read more about it here (Governor's COVID page - new info isn't out just yet) https://www.governor.wa.gov/issues/issues/covid-19-resources#Latest_news (New info will show up on this page when posted) Read article
