Job Description:

Competitive wage $18 -$21 per hour depending on experience. Paid vacation, sick pay and insurance after a 60-day probationary period.
In this position, work with and lead other line cooks and the manager/chef in preparing a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes.
Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve food in a timely manner to meet our customer satisfaction standards.
• Work in conjunction with line cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that food is rotated on schedule from freezers and walk-ins to prep areas, and then on to the line for cooking.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment at all times.
• Ensure that all cooking, prep, and food handling areas and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at the end of every workday.
• Familiarize yourself with proper food handling regulations as well as contamination controls.
