Facility Attendant (10-20 hours/week, primarily evenings and weekends)
Summary Statement
Under general supervision from the Greater Maple Valley Community Center’s Executive Director, the individual in this position is responsible for the safe transportation of program participants to and from program activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provides excellent customer service to the public
2. Opens and closes facility during scheduled rental activities
3. Enforces facility policies, rules and regulations as necessary.
4. Assists in sanitary operation of facility main floor and restrooms.
5. Assists staff during various program activities and special events offered by the Community Center
6. Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: 18 year of age or older. successful experience working with the public – especially vulnerable populations, CPR/First Aid certified. Subject to Washington State Patrol criminal background check.
