SLUG HUNT

Lake Wilderness Arboretum & Lake Wilderness Park

Join us for a family fun day exploring the Lake Wilderness Arboretum & Lake Wilderness Park while hunting for special Slug Hunt Tokens that allow you to select your favorite handmade, hand-painted slugs!

Be sure to shop the Lake Wilderness Arboretum Foundation’s annual Spring Plant Sale for the perfect plants to provide shelter in your garden for your new slugs.

We have a number of licensing options:
– $10 License
– $20 License + One T-shirt (adult or youth size)
– $60 Family Pack = Four Licenses + Two T-shirts (adult or youth sizes)

Slug Hunt T-shirts will also be for sale at the event: $15 ea or adult-size T-shirts and $10 ea for youth-size T-shirts.

How It Works:
– Hand-painted tokens will be hidden in parts of the Lake Wilderness Arboretum and Lake Wilderness Park (Slug Hunt maps will be provided).
– Participants purchase Slug Hunting Licenses and then go hunt for tokens – one token per license.
– Tokens (which you get to keep) allow you to pick out the handmade, hand-painted Slugs of your choice (one found token = one slug!
