Feed a Tahomie Fund, a Maple Valley Food Bank Program has one goal – end student lunch debt. The only way we can make this a reality is through strong community partnership.

We hope to break bread, share stories and have meaningful conversations to support Tahoma’s young learners and their families.

What is Feed a Tahomie?
Two Maple Valley parents partnered with the Maple Valley Food Bank to set up a fund to help families who don’t qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch, but unable to afford paying for breakfast and lunches at school. As of January 13th, TSD students have amassed over $50,000 of lunch debt. Our goal is to prevent student lunch debt and ease at least some of the burden on families.
