4th Annual Be The Hope Walk XOXO for Valley Girls & Guys! will take place Saturday, July 16th, 2022 at Summit Park in Maple Valley! You can walk 1.8 miles (with option to walk an additional 3 times for bronze, silver or gold) or sign up virtually and walk from anywhere, but still make a huge difference. 100% of all monies raised stays here locally and helps us fulfill our mission to harness the power of community to support cancer patients and their families right here in our very own backyard. We fund local research in our very own backyard (Seattle Children’s Hospital/Vaccine Clinical Trial at UW Medicine), we award scholarships to seniors, we send kids to Camp Kesem, we send personalized blankets of comfort and hope all over the world to those going through the cancer journey, we do Who Dreams for those terminal with cancer, we fund mammograms, MRI’s, and additional screening if needed for those with no insurance or money and/or high deductibles, and most recently gave monies to Casting for Recovery a retreat for women recovering and/or going through breast cancer.

We start check in at 11am. Walk will start around noon. We have numerous food trucks/vendors, live entertainment on the hour every hour, and beer/wine garden. Family friendly! It’s a day of celebrating life, having fun and making a difference!

Each participant that signs up will get a shirt and medal too! Come make a difference with us and #BeTheHopeXOXO for others!
