Join us on Wednesday, February 15 from 6:30–7:45 p.m. at Rock Creek Elementary library for a community education event on new science and essential strategies for thriving with ADHD. This presentation by Catherine Mutti-Driscoll, Lead ADHD and Executive Function Coach from the Hallowell-Todaro ADHD Center, will appeal to the parent/guardian looking for strategies to help their child live well with ADHD. Participants will learn practical solutions for overcoming daily challenges, establishing positive habits that stick and how to maximize the benefits while minimizing the challenges of living with ADHD – from childhood to adulthood.
The event will be recorded for those who cannot attend in-person. The first 30 attendees at the door will receive a copy of Dr. Ned Hallowell’s book, ADHD 2.0!
