Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This training (either youth or adult focus) gives adults the skills they need to reach out and provide initial support to those who may be struggling. A short pre-work assignment is required before the class begins. Must be 18+ to participate and live in Maple Valley, WA.

• April 16 & 17 (5 – 8 PM)

Adult Mental Health First Aid:
• March 23 (9 AM – 4 PM)
