What You’ll Do:
Are you a training enthusiast who loves seeing customers succeed? As our Customer Training Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our training strategy, leading the charge in helping our customers overcome challenges like onboarding, chemical safety, and upholding brand standards. You’ll not only strategize but also roll up your sleeves to create, manage, and deliver training across multiple channels.
Whether it’s via e-learning, phone calls, videos, posters, virtual meetings, or in-person sessions with our sales team, your impact will be felt throughout CAF’s customer base. You’ll even manage our CAF Academy, our online training hub, and work with customer training leaders to integrate our programs into their platforms.
Your role also includes:
Hosting webinars and outbound training calls
Developing new training curriculum and methods to drive customer success
Expanding training programs to new markets (international, anyone?)
Managing the outbound training call system and your team of training superheroes
Building a network of customer training champions within our clients’ organizations
Basically, you’ll help make the world a cleaner, safer place, one training session at a time! 😉
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
2+ years of related experience (teachers, we see you!)
Ability to learn fast and juggle tasks like a pro, whether working solo or with a team
Stellar communication and relationship-building skills
Process-oriented mindset with a love for refining systems and solving problems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Laser-sharp attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills
A strong work ethic and a drive to hit company goals
Live within 15 miles of our Maple Valley office (98038)
Pass a pre-employment drug test
