Welcome Shark Byte Tech
Posted by Erica Dial
Fed up with the declining standards in corporate America and driven by a strong passion to deliver exemplary customer service, Maple Valley local Kris Undsderfer formed Shark Byte Tech this fall to bring cost-effective technology support and planning with honest customer service to smaller companies and individuals.
“I was tired of the overall decline in customer service and wanted to provide top-notch, personalized service to this group that typically has limited budgets but can be paralyzed by technology problems or strapped by the high cost of unplanned technical emergencies,” said Undsderfer.
In addition to providing overall technology consulting and support, Shark Byte Tech also provides strategic planning, technology assessment and review, and technology solutions relating to desktop and mobile computing systems and software solutions.
A sampling of services includes:
- Virus and Spyware Removal
- Remote support *requires internet connection*
- Security and Performance
- Home network troubleshooting
- Computer Set-up, Tune-Up and Hardware disposal
- Software and Hardware install, business specific application troubleshooting
- Technology Consultation and On Site-Training
In addition to assisting small businesses, Shark Byte Tech works on individual’s personal computers, Macs and home networks.
