About Garlic Garden Lebanese Breeze Whipped Garlic
Our Story
The origin of Garlic dates back thousands of years, dating at least as far back as the time the Giza pyramids were built. It has been used as food and a medicine, and has been passed on to the present day.
During the Early the early stages my father and founder of "Lebanese Breeze Whipped Garlic” was given an ancient family recipe from which he willingly took and begin selling when he was a young boy. During a time when money was hard to come by Dean would sell small jars of his soon to be Famous "Whipped Garlic” to neighbors as a way to make money. The product eventually got its name of "Lebanese Breeze” when one day my dad who is an ex-semiprofessional bodybuilder was told that he made lifting weights look like a breeze. This eventually turned into people calling my dad and myself the "Lebanese Breeze.”
In early 1997 my dad and mom Tracy and myself opened the "Garlic Garden” in the Pike Street Market located in downtown Seattle Washington. The product eventually began to receive world wide recognition and in 2003 was given a chance to appear on TV in a cooking demo done by Shop America. During this time the Product also spawned two new Flavors know as the Basil and Jalapeno Whipped Garlic.
Garlic Garden reached its pinnacle in 2007 and the fallowing year in late 2008 was as the wholesale end was just too big to support such a small location. Now in 2010 the spirit of Whipped Garlic lives on as my dad and myself the next generation, have teamed together to bring another product to the line up know as the "Atomic Garlic.” This garlic product was made to target extreme chili-heads who claimed that the Jalapeno just wasn’t hot enough!
Even though our company is growing exponentially we still take the time to personally address each and every customer. Our goal is to provide you with the world’s best garlic product and the best customer service so that we can keep this wonderful product alive for more generations to come.
