Community is the cornerstone of who we are. We are committed to building a strong sense of community within our fitness center and playing a critical role in the community we serve. From leading small groups of students in service projects, to organizing food drives for the Maple Valley Food Bank, to creating tournaments and fun-runs; we have remained fully committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our members and the members of our community.
Fitness is a lifestyle that our members experience in our fitness center. At the end of the day, we want our members to reach their personal fitness goals. We have designed our fitness center with the optimal selection of state-of-the-art equipment and training programs, and we are dedicated to finding new and innovative ways to assist each member in attaining their desired fitness result.
