About UsPalmer Coking Coal Company is a family owned business serving south King County's material needs since 1933. We are located in the heart of Black Diamond at 31407 Highway 169. PCCC is a producer, supplier, and retailer of a wide selection of sand, gravel, topsoil, beauty bark, red cinder, lava rock, and other construction and landscaping products. All of our products are sold either picked up or delivered. Palmer serves both commercial dump trucks and the small pick-up trade. We are open Monday - Saturday and closed on Sundays and traditional holidays.
