Southbound Issaquah-Hobart Road under SR 18 closed for a month starting August 2
HOBART - Crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will close southbound Issaquah-Hobart Road under SR 18 starting Monday, Aug. 2, for up to 31 days. This work is part of a project to replace a retaining wall along Issaquah-Hobart Road at Holder Creek that was damaged by the January 2009 flooding. WSDOT maintenance crews placed large rocks to stabilize the wall. Crews are now beginning a project to permanently replace the wall.
Detour information
Drivers heading westbound on SR 18 will be detoured to the 244th Avenue SE off-ramp, onto eastbound SR 18 and back to Issaquah-Hobart Road. Drivers heading southbound on Issaquah-Hobart Road will be detoured onto westbound SR 18 to the 244th Avenue SE off-ramp, onto eastbound SR 18 and back to Issaquah-Hobart Road.
