We've seen the e-mails and heard the call to shop local and shop 'small' on Saturday, November 26th.  The chamber is supporting that idea with a twist - there's no need to register, any local business can post ideas right here on this blog and on our Facebook page.  (Read Kevin's blog, Dear Santa Please Shop Local, for his take on this idea.)

Shop local

After serving Maple Valley area for over 11 years, I think it is more important than ever to support small local merchants. Thank you to the Chamber for pushing this. The future for a lot of us is uncertain but with the help of the Chamber and its members along with a great community supporting us it can be bright. Come visit our new location at Maple Valley Center next to La Fogata Mexican Restaurant. PARTY ETC is full of Christmas and has a Toy shop full of stocking stuffers and much more.
