On
Wednesday, January 4th, new chamber member, Amber Bills, Real Estate Broker for
Coldwell Banker Danforth, hosted an open house in the newly built Freestone
model home in the Highlands of Cedar Downs.
Even though the night was dark and stormy, Amber made the model warm and
welcoming with the two fireplaces blazing along with sandwiches and appetizers
ready on the kitchen's cook top center island. The Open House was topped off with the
chamber's new member welcome ribbon cutting. See Photo Gallery
The
Highlands of Cedar Downs is at the site of the former equestrian center that
was at the heart of the original Cedar Downs development. All the Freestone homes in The Highlands plat
have four bedrooms, 2.5 baths complete with luxury finishes, large open floor
plans, with slab granite and hardwoods. Amber explained what made this model home
special was the high quality finishing touches, appliances, and other amenities
that come standard with these homes, including landscaping and covered front
and back patios.

Companies, owned by Scott Griffin, was recently named the 21st fastest growing
private companies in Washington State by the Puget Sound Business Journal.
