Customer Service Representative/Trainer
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative/Trainer is responsible for training and educating existing customers about CAF outdoor cleaning products. We support our corporate clients by calling and educating their employees about their organization's cleaning program. As an educator, you will be required to have outstanding oral communication and organizational skills. Additionally, you must have the skills to make every customer experience outstanding through you consistent methods and professionalism. Since the majority of your time is spent on the phones; you must have comfortable and confident phone demeanor and good listening skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Compensation:
Wage: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour depending on experience (DOE)
Status: Part Time 20 - 30 Hours/Week
Other Comp: Paid Holidays, CAF Bonus Program
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers are properly trained
- Assist customer on product concerns and resolve difficulties
- Collect feedback and generate reports for Sales Account Managers
- Log customer observations/feedback for development team
- Work well with team members and provide effective customer reports
- Maintain clean and organized work place
