Danielle Bricker celebrated with an Open House and ribbon cutting of her recent acquisition of RE/MAX The Leading Edge in Black Diamond. Danielle became owner of the office on January 1st of this year. Previously, Danielle owned a successful RE/MAX Franchise in rural Thurston County (Rochester, WA) until 2008. After a two year break from real estate, she moved to Maple Valley. Danielle decided to go back to the industry and purchased this Black Diamond Office.
Danielle sees that there is no better time to open a new brokerage. “There are many opportunities that exist in today's market, especially for 1st time home buyers and investors. The real estate industry fluctuates in time and right now, in Black Diamond, it’s a great business to be in and an excellent way to serve the members of our community.” The Leading Edge provides a full range of services including residential real estate, short sales, REO properties, and property management.
The open house/ribbon cutting was a festive event attended by chamber members, neighboring businesses, and many associates including some of the friendly competition from other real estate agencies. Danielle provided a plentiful buffet of food and beverage enjoyed outside in an atmosphere of relaxed networking.
Regarding the Chamber, Danielle states “It’s a great way to stay connected to issues and events in the area, to gain valuable education, and to pool our resources as business owners to give back to the members of our community who we depend on for our own vitality.”
